I love this sequence of pictures. Mackenzie and Lexie "share" toys. It is so funny to watch them play together.

Mackenzie sees that Lexie has a toy she would like to play with.

Lexie wants the toy back so she takes it out of Mackenzie's mouth.

Mackenzie sees the camera.



She then remembers the toy she was playing with and heads back to the dog.

Apparently Brice put left his ice cream cone on the bench when he came outside to help Dane and I. When we came back in this is what I saw!! I laughed or something and startled her...she knew she wasn't supposed to be eating this. Instead of taking it from her, being the responsible mom that I am, I ran for the camera. She wasn't real happy with me when I took away the deteriorating, dripping cone.

Summer Fun

This is seriously the best pool for the age of my boys!! It is 12 x 3 feet whicch makes the water level up to Brice's chest. Its deep enough that they can swim but shallow enough that they can touch. It has given them both a lot of confidence in the water. It has made the Las Vegas summer MUCH more bareable. We bought a salt-water filter for it so we didn't have to worry about the chemicals. It will pay for itself after the summer. It has been a little bit of work trying to keep it clean, filled and balanced but overall, definitly worth it!

Mackenzie also loves to swim...she is content in her little pool for a while. But also loves to be in a floatie in the bigger pool.
